How rental works
1. You send a request without immediate payment.2. After approval you get one checkout for rental, fee, and deposit.3. Identity is checked offline at pickup point.4. After return the deposit is released according to the final rental status.
The platform does not store
- Passport scans or other personal document images.
- Document numbers in comments, chat, or booking requests.
- KYC data that must be checked only offline at pickup point.
Roles and responsibility
- The owner or rental point verifies identity offline during pickup.
- The platform stores only the verification status, not the documents themselves.
- The renter must not send personal documents through the platform.
